Free Online Mindfulness Taster Session

Feeling stressed? Living with challenging health symptoms? Wishing you could find better ways to cope, or even just feel like yourself again?

Our 8-week mindfulness courses have been transforming lives for over 20 years.

If you're curious about mindfulness and wondering if it could help, this friendly, free taster session is the best place to start.

What to expect from our Mindfulness Taster Session

In this welcoming one hour online session, you will:

  • Learn what mindfulness is (and isn't!) 
  • Try a short guided meditation
  • Be introduced to Breathworks, and how our charity supports those with pain, illness & stress 
  • Meet our Teaching Team, getting a feel for if you click with their style 
  • Learn about our signature 8-week courses: Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress 
  • Find out about course prices, bursary funding & financial support 
  • Ask any questions about what your next step might look like

Who is this taster session for?

We warmly welcome those :

  • Completely new to mindfulness and looking for a starting point
  • Wanting to refresh their practice or 'get back on the wagon' 
  • Who have meditated before, but are curious about the unique Breathworks approach to pain, stress & health management
