What Are Mindful Reset Sessions?

Our Mindful Reset sessions are 60-minute workshops, led by experienced mindfulness teachers and creatives, designed to help you: 

  • Explore new skills or develop existing interests.
  • Pause and recharge with a moment of calm in your busy day.
  • Play and flow with lighthearted, creative activities.
  • Express yourself through creative mediums while deepening mindfulness.
  • Connect socially with warm, like-minded people.

How to Book

Choose between two flexible booking options:

  1. Pay-As-You-Go
    Book individual workshops that catch your interest (£12 each).

  2. Bundle & Save
    Secure all three workshops in a series at a discounted rate (£30, save £6).

Note: when booking a bundle, it is for the three consecutive events in that series, starting with the journalling workshop. To book a bundle, visit your chosen Journalling workshop and choose the BUNDLE ticket option at checkout.

  • Standard Rate: £12 per workshop or £30 for a bundle (save £6).
  • Bursary Rate: £8 per workshop.

FAQs 

What level of mindfulness experience are the Mindful Resets best suited to? 

We warmly welcome everyone to join us. We've designed these sessions to be equally enjoyable for those completely new to mindfulness, as well as seasoned meditators who wish to mix up their practice and socialise with our warm, welcoming community. 

What do you mean by a 'series'? 

A series is a collection of three consecutive workshops. For example, Series 2 includes: 

  • Journalling for Creativity - Sunday 27th April
  • Mindful Doodling - Sunday 18th May 
  • Create Your Vision Board - Sunday 15th June 

There is no overarching theme within each series, and each works perfectly well as a standalone event. 

I'm not creative or good at art - will I feel out of place? 

Not at all - these workshops are not about producing an impressive piece of art. Think of them as a fun, light-hearted activity that helps you to practice the core values of mindfulness: presence, attention, compassion and non-judgement. 

Do these workshops count as CPD? 

These workshops don’t count as CPD—but they do count as time well spent on your wellbeing, creativity, and connection with others.

Will these workshops be recorded? 

Partially - the teaching from these workshops will be recorded and made available only to those booked on. This means if you have booked an event and can no longer attend, you will be able to benefit from the activities in your own time. However, we really encourage you to join live if you possibly can to get the full experience - much of the magic comes from the group sharing and connection. 

How can I book a bundle and receive a discount? 

Simply head to the event page for your chosen Journalling Workshop and choose the BUNDLE ticket option. This registers you for the given Journalling Workshop and the following Drawing & Collage workshops in that series. Please note bundles are not available at the bursary rate.

What if I can't make my class?

Mindful Reset workshops are non-refundable, but we want to ensure you still benefit from your booking. If you can no longer attend, you can:

  • Transfer your booking to a similar event (single workshop or bundle series) up to 7 days before your event.
  • Watch the recording at your own pace, emailed to all participants about a week after the event.

If you wish to join live, but are unsure whether you can make all events in a series, we advise using the Pay-As-You-Go option instead.
