Mindfulness Facilitator Training (B) About In Mindfulness Facilitator B, part two of our Mindfulness Facilitator Training, you will deepen your meditation practice, develop facilitation skills, and practise delivering short mindfulness sessions. This module will take place online (we also offer this module in-person, view training dates here). On this module you will: Take your learning deeper and build on knowledge and skills gained in Mindfulness Facilitator A. Learn to facilitate the six mindfulness mini-modules which can be use to create your own sessions and courses. Learn how to facilitate group reflection. Learn how to use enactments to illustrate learning. What's Included Module overview and orientation information. Videos, handouts and other resources. Guidance for reflective assignments. Additional learning resources and links. Group reflective space where you will be able to share assignments, reflections and experiences with your fellow trainees and trainer. A learning community of fellow trainees from around the world. During the Module you will Take part in eight live online group sessions, led by an experienced Breathworks trainer, across 4 weeks. These sessions will be help on Zoom Experience learning during your interactive sessions with your fellow trainees and your trainer in a vibrant, supportive learning community. Colette is a Senior Breathworks Trainer who has been delivering mindfulness-based trainings, courses and retreats in the UK and Europe since 2011. She trained with Vidyamala Burch in 2009 and went on to play a significant role in delivering the Breathworks Teacher Training across Europe. Colette’s practice and style of teaching is influenced by insight meditation approaches, and she is trained in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University. She has been a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teacher and supervisor since 2014. Colette is a member of the Mindfulness and Social Change Network coordinating team. She has been delivering equality, diversity and inclusion training since 2018, specialising in exploring how privilege and social class maintain inequality. Colette trained as a facilitator of ‘The Work That Reconnects,’ Deep Ecology in 2009 and is a trained therapist Fidelma Farley This course will be led by experienced Breathworks teacher Fidelma Farley. Fidelma Farley is a Breathworks Associate Trainer, mindfulness coach and mentor with a focus on compassion practice and creating a warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere to learn in. Fidelma’s passion for teaching stems from her own experience of the way mindfulness enhanced and transformed her life. She hopes that she is able to pass the skills and knowledge that have helped her onto others wishing to enhance their quality of life. She teaches mindfulness for those coping with stress, anxiety and health conditions including M.E, M.S and fibromyalgia. She also specialises in mindful eating and mindfulness in nature. She lives in County Wicklow, Ireland with her partner and son and enjoys walking, reading and growing vegetables in her free time.
