I am fundraising for Breathworks as I was lucky enough to receive a bursary when I took part in my first 8 week course.
Breathworks has totally transformed my life and how I approach my pain. I would like other people, especially young people to benefit too.
I am being silent for up to an hour each day out in nature, to really listen to what I can hear outdoors. As a bonus for my husband, I am going to be verbally silent while the Euros are on! Lizzie Gumley
