Thank you for supporting the Breathworks Community of Practice! Before you proceed to make your donation, please read the information below about Gift Aid.

What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid allows us to reclaim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate at no additional cost to you. This means your donation goes even further in supporting our work.

Gift Aid Declaration

When you complete your donation, you'll be asked whether you want us to claim Gift Aid on your donation.

To claim Gift Aid, you must:

• Be a UK taxpayer
• Have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all charities you donate to will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year.

By selecting 'Yes' to Gift Aid, you are declaring that:

• You meet the requirements above
• You give us permission to reclaim Gift Aid on this donation and any future donations you make to us
• You understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations, it is your responsibility to pay any difference

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.

Donate £10 per Month We will meet our annual target if 125 Patrons choose this amount. If you regularly enjoy the Community of Practice, you can think of this as a personal investment comparable to streaming services like Netflix & Spotify.

Donate £5 per Month For Patrons on a tighter budget who still want to make a big impact. Less than a cinema ticket, yoga class, or pint of beer.
